Raffle Terms and Conditions:

• The raffle is open to anyone 18 years or over who has an active 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month subscription as of November 2023.To be eligible, subscribers must remain subscribed through the end of December 2023.
• S&AJ Enterprise LLC DBA Munchpak accepts no responsibility for  subscriptions that are canceled prior to December 31st 2023.
• Subscribers who are 18 years or older with an active 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month subscription as of November 1st 2023 will automatically be entered to win. To be eligible, subscribers must remain subscribed through December 31st 2023.

• The prizes are:

1. Grand prize: $1,000 Visa Gift Card to 6 and 12-month subscribers of an Original or FamilyPak.
2. 2nd prize: MacBook Air to 3-month subscribers of an Original or FamilyPak.
3. 3rd prize: iPad Air to 3-month subscribers of a MiniPak

• Winning subscribers will discover their Munchpak 10-Year Treat Golden Ticket in either the November or December box. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via telephone or email on or about January 31, 2024. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact the winner, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.
• The winners will be required to give a shoutout to Munchpak on the social media account of their choosing once they have claimed their prize. Prizes will be shipped out to winners within 15 days of winner compliance with all claim requirements.
• The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the raffle. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by S&AJ Enterprise LLC DBA Munchpak for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented
• The winners agree to take part in reasonable post draw publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity
• S&AJ Enterprise LLC DBA Munchpak may disqualify any subscriber who does not comply with these terms and conditions (in S&AJ Enterprise LLC sole opinion) or who, in S&AJ Enterprise LLC sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw
