    Standard Shipping (Free): The average delivery time to addresses in the USA is 4-8 business days.
    Expedited Shipping: The average delivery time to addresses in the USA is 2-6 business days.

  • Can I give MunchPak as a gift?

    Yes! Just click “Give a Gift” at the top of our page and select whether would like to give an electronic gift card or have a MunchPak delivered to your giftee.

  • I just ordered a 3, 6, or 12 month gift. How often will my giftee receive their MunchPak?

    Your giftee will receive one MunchPak per month. MunchPaks are sent out around the same time each month from when you ordered.

  • What kind of snacks should I expect to see in my MunchPak?

    We receive a huge variety of different snacks from around the world every month! Each snack box is carefully curated by our team of snack enthusiasts. We only pack our boxes with best and most delicious candy and snacks from around the world.

  • How many snacks are included in each MunchPak?

    Each MunchPak Mini contains 5 or more full size snacks, the Original MunchPak contains 10 or more full size snacks, and our FamilyPak contains 20 or more full size snacks.

  • Where do you currently ship to?

    MunchPak ships to the following countries:
    Australia, Canada, France, Israel, Netherlands, Sweden, the USA, and shipping to the UK soon.
    If you do not see your country here, please contact us to see if we can make an exception.

  • After I sign up, when am I charged?

    After signing up for MunchPak, you will be first charged immediately for your initial MunchPak, then you will be charged every time that your subscription renews. For example, if you purchase a monthly subscription, you will be charged once every month, 3 month subscriptions are charged every 3 months, etc.

  • How often am I charged on monthly subscription?

    You are charged the same day every month when signing up for a monthly subscription. For example, if you sign up on March 6, your subscription will then renew on April 6, then May 6, etc.

  • What is your return/exchange policy?

    Snacks are not returnable after purchase. . If for some reason you are not satisfied with your MunchPak, please contact us here and we will gladly read your feedback as we are always trying to improve the MunchPak experience. We do our best to find the most delicious snacks for you, but you may cancel at any time if you choose to.

  • How do I update my billing or shipping information?

    To update your billing details, login and visit your "Subscriptions" tab. Next, click the "View" button next to the subscription that you would like to manage. After you have selected a subscription to "view" you can now edit your billing or shipping address. If you want to update payment details please click the "Edit Details" button.

  • How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

    To cancel your subscription(s) simply login and visit your "Subscriptions" tab. Next, click the "View" button next to the subscription that you would like to manage. To cancel, click the button that says "Cancel". To pause your subscription, click the button that says "Pause".

  • What if my box is lost or stolen?

    If you have not received your box, please be sure to check your tracking number. If your tracking number says has been delivered, we suggest first checking with your neighbor, or someone who might have a similar address to you, in case it might have been delivered there by mistake. If you still cannot locate your box, you will need to file a claim with your local post office. However, if your tracking number says it has not been delivered, please note that delays can happen for many reasons, most notably weather. **If you are receiving an international delivery, please note that customs can cause delays and take longer than expected. Also, if you are located outside of a big city, delivery time may also be a bit longer than expected due to local delivery schedules.** If you require further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

  • What if my MunchPak is damaged?

    If your MunchPak is damaged when it arrives, contact USPS to file a claim. You can also contact us with pictures, and we will help look into the issue.

  • What if I really like something, can I buy more?

    We like the way you think! Check out our online store!

  • Can I apply my coupon code to every order?

    Coupon codes are only for new customers, on their first order. So, no. You may only use a coupon code if you are a new customer receiving your first MunchPak. Every MunchPak thereafter will be it’s regular price.

  • What if I don’t like the snacks I receive?

    With different cultures enjoying a variety of flavors, we have made it our mission to find the best snacks from all around the world. This means that sometimes our snacks may be pretty foreign to you. We help introduce you to the best tasting, and most popular snacks from different parts of the world. We get new snacks in all the time, which means we have snacks for everyone!

  • I'm thirsty! Can I add drinks to my MunchPak?

    Yes you can! Currently, you can add soda to your MunchPak! Please note, this is $6.50 extra. At this time, we are unable to include soda in MunchPak Mini boxes (5+ snacks) or in any size MunchPaks that are being shipped outside of the USA.

  • How do I get more information about a snack in my MunchPak?

    There is a Snack Scanner link that prompts a page to download scanner.

  • Do I have to pay in USD?

    Prices are in USD and your bank/credit card institution will convert to your currency based on the current exchange rate at the time of purchase.

  • How do I use a discount code?

    Discount codes must be entered at the checkout page. You must press "Apply" to see the total order update. We are not able to adjust prices/codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed. Only one promo code can be applied per purchase.
