Prince Polo Premium Snowy S’mores

If the name Kraft brings to mind mac and cheese, you may be surprised to find the logo at the top of this Polish treat. After buying the European manufacturer Olza, Prince Polo became a Kraft food. As if Prince Polo Premium’s delicate wafers, coconut flavor and white chocolate coating weren’t enough as-is, add a few graham crackers and a marshmallow or two to get a sweet, snowy, s’more surprise!

Although they are well-known as summer-time campfire treats, winter s’mores are equally as yummy. Instead of toasting the marshmallows over an open fire, this easy-to-make recipe calls for only a quick time in the microwave. Play up the candy’s wintery white chocolate color and make it snow on your s’more! Add a gentle dusting of real coconut flakes to compliment the Prince Polo’s flavor and give the confection creation a winter wonderland look.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 1 Prince Polo Premium White Chocolate Confection with Coconut
  • 2 graham crackers
  • 2 marshmallows
  • Shredded coconut flakes

Here’s What to Do:

  1. Cut the candy car into thirds. Keep at least one of thirds whole. Cut another third into thin slivers (like you are slicing bread). Put the slivers aside for later.
  2. Place two graham crackers side-by-side onto a microwave safe plate.
  3. Stack one of the Prince Polo Premium whole pieces on top of one of the graham’s (you can save the other whole piece for making another s’more or just eat it as it is). Add a marshmallow to the other graham cracker.
  4. Heat the grahams, candy and marshmallow for approximately 10 seconds. Microwave ovens vary in the ability to heat. You may need to adjust the time for your specific appliance. When the marshmallow starts ballooning out, it’s time to take the plate out of the microwave.
  5. Sandwich the two sides of graham crackers together. The melting white chocolate should now be next to the ooey, gooey marshmallow.
  6. Microwave another marshmallow (again, on a microwave safe plate) for roughly 10 seconds.
  7. Spoon the melting marshmallow over the top of the s’more. Spread it across the graham to make it look snow-covered.
  8. Let it snow! Sprinkle the coconut flakes over the entire dessert. They will stick to the melted marshmallows.
  9. Take out the Prince Polo slivers. Gently sprinkle these on top of the coconut flakes. The slivers will add another layer of candy-covered taste. The off-white color of the shredded bar mimics toasted coconut for a warm, wintery look.
