This cheese-filled snack has the zest of ribs in a compact shape. As a bonus, the no-bake recipe won’t zap your time and is easy enough for even the novice cook to make successfully.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • 1 package (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  • Herr’s Baby Back Rib Potato Chips
  • 1 chopped onion

Here’s What to Do:

  1. Mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese and onion until very well blended. Use a food processor to get a fine consistency.
  2. Crush a few potato chips into a fine sand-like dust.
  3. Stir the crushed chips into the cheese.
  4. Refrigerate the cheese and chip mixture for at least two hours.
  5. Form the cheese mixture into either one large-sized ball or several smaller ones.
  6. Crush the remaining chips. Use your hands or the back of a spoon to make chunky pieces. You don’t need to crush them into a dust. There should be visible pieces left.
  7. Roll the cheese ball through the chips. Coat the entire outside with the crunchy crushed baby back rub flavored Herr’s potato chips!
  8. Serve the Herr’s cheese ball with more chips, crackers or veggies!
