We never thought we would see the day when a something with a name like ‘Farts’ would ever win an award.
Leaf Brands LLC, the company that invented the Jolly Rancher and Whoppers compares Farts Candy to a Nerd® but chewy with more intense flavors.
The candy was developed through a collaboration with Leaf Brands and the Jelly Belly inventor David Klein.
“People often complained Nerds® were too hard on your teeth, so we created our candy, which is soft, not hard, and has a better texture and taste,” Klein said.
